The Process of Thinking That's Beneficial

We have thousands of thoughts that we can think up every single day. It's okay to have those thoughts because you are not your thoughts. You are the observer of your thoughts. Thinking is not a bad thing, but whatever you focus on will grow. You ever wonder how to get over a crush or girlfriend/boyfriend or husband/wife so quickly? You don't dwell on them. You let thoughts the flow through you, but you decide what you want to dwell on. Whatever you focus on when it comes to your thoughts will become your essence. Your brain is like an airport. Your thoughts are like airplanes. You can decide what thoughts can come into your head to dwell on, but the wise decision will be the ones worthy of thought that will build you up and not tear your emotional state down. Try to think of things that bring you joy. Just like the things in Christianity that talks about the fruits of the spirit. If it's thoughts that don't bring you happiness and joy then don't let it land in the airport of your brain. Observe, but don't dwell. Dwell on the things that make you happy, not sad or angry or depressed. They're many great things to think about like a love one that has never betrayed you or an animal your looking forward to seeing again. Dwell on these things. Let those airplanes into the airport of dwelling. Your brain should be a club of happy thoughts. Just remember to stay positive and feel good about the things worth feeling good about. Gratitude is a good way of thinking to let those thoughts land because being thankful for what you already have and the people still in your life is a beautiful thing to dwell about. Remember, you're not your thoughts. You're just the observer of them, but observe things that will make you smile or even laugh.
